1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.

  • Final vouchers and confirmations are issued after full payment.

2. Payments

  • All prices are quoted in INR unless mentioned otherwise.

  • Any increase in taxes, fuel charges, or supplier fees must be borne by the traveler.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation charges vary depending on the tour type, destination, and time of cancellation.

  • Certain services such as flights, hotels, safaris, and international tours may be non-refundable.

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Changes in Itinerary

Travel Heritage India™ reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances. No refund will be provided for unused services under such situations.

5. Travel Documents

Guests must carry valid passports, visas, permits, and identification documents. Travel Heritage India™ is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation.

6. Health & Safety

Travelers must ensure they are medically fit to travel. We are not responsible for illness, injury, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the tour.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Travel Heritage India™ acts as a travel organizer and facilitator. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, strikes, natural calamities, or events beyond our control.

8. Wildlife & Adventure Tours

Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed. Adventure activities and safaris are undertaken at the traveler’s own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, images, logos, and materials on this website are the property of Travel Heritage India™ and may not be used without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to Indian jurisdiction.
